The record, (titled RFB) was recorded at Amplify Studio in Athens and engineered by Chris Byron. Rick’s brother Russ (Stone Temple Pilots, Rage Against the Machine, many others) mixed the album.The record is getting quite a bit of airplay and it recently reached number 42 nationally on The Roots Music Report. The blues-rock recording contains ten tracks - six written by Rick, one penned by Michael Doke, two by Fowler’s friend Harl Baggett, and a cover of Dead Stray Dog, a blues first recorded by Louisiana Red.The band members are Rick Fowler on guitar/vocals, Michael Doke on guitar/vocals, Greg Veale on bass/vocals, Deane Quinter on drums & Tim (Drawbar) White on Hammond organ!
