-Weigh Ins: 11:00am
(Gym is open at 7am event day, if you need an earlier weigh in)
-Mandatory Judges Meeting: 12:30p
-Competition: 1:00p
You do not need to pre register for this event. Flights will be determined by the amount of participants in each event the day of the competition. Competition will begin with bench press and end with deadlift.
