Founded in 1998 by George Apergis, Modular Expansion is a record label based in Athens and Berlin, operating as a cultural body under the Hellenic Ministry of Culture. With activities supported by the Ministry of Culture, the Greek National Opera, the Archaeological Service, and the Municipality of Athens, it has built a strong legacy through vinyl releases, art videos, and publishing events.
