"I make space for…" A performance about Gender

I make space for…
A multimedia performance presented by six women performers, exploring the theme of gender discrimination.
The work weaves together personal stories, statistical data, poetic language, embodied movement, stage objects, and media to create a DIY, immersive performance, using tools of devised theatre, playback theatre and art therapy.

How can we reimagine public, professional, emotional, and educational spaces so that everyone belongs? How can we envision a horizon where no one needs to diminish themselves for another to exist?
Central to the creation of the material are collective imagination, hope, transformation, and agency.

Έξι γυναίκες περφόρμερς παρουσιάζουν μια multimedia performance που εξερευνά το ζήτημα των έμφυλων διακρίσεων μέσα από τα εργαλεία του θέατρου της επινόησης, του playback theatre και του art therapy.
Το έργο υφαίνει προσωπικές ιστορίες, στατιστικά δεδομένα, ποιητική γλώσσα, σωματική δράση, αντικείμενα και μέσα, δημιουργώντας μια DIY, βιωματική εμπειρία.

Πώς μπορούμε να φανταστούμε ξανά τους χώρους που μοιραζόμαστε — δημόσιους, επαγγελματικούς, συναισθηματικούς, εκπαιδευτικούς — ώστε να χωράμε όλες, όλοι και όλα;
Στον πυρήνα του έργου βρίσκονται η συλλογική φαντασία, η ελπίδα, η μεταμόρφωση και η ενδυνάμωση.
