How Is Your Nervous System?: Handling Holiday Conflict

This is the first in a series of three community workshops designed around the question "How Is Your Nervous System?" The first workshop will focus on an exploration of conflict and communication in preparation for the holidays. We know that the holidays can be a wonderful, but sometimes, stressful time. This is the perfect opportunity to build communication skills and be a peace builder for the holidays! This first workshop will take place on Sunday, November 9th from 3pm to 5pm at the ACC Library in Multipurpose Room B.
