Based on double occupancy (shared room)

Payment Schedule
A $500 initial deposit is required to reserve your spot through this platform

To help you avoid extra booking fees, a separate invoice for the 50% non-refundable deposit will be sent via QuickBooks

The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to departure, no later than April 20, 2026

Final invoices will include clear instructions for payment options
