All Sales Are Final. No Refunds
By purchasing a ticket for the Glorious Greece Experience ("the Event"), you acknowledge and agree that **all ticket sales are final**. We do not offer refunds or credits for any reason, including but not limited to:
Attendee Cancellation:
Inability to attend, scheduling conflicts, travel issues, illness, or personal emergencies.
Event Changes:
We reserve the right to make minor modifications to the schedule, accommodations, and excursions.
Partial Attendance: Failure to utilize any portion of the Event package or amenities.
Force Majeure Events: Except as explicitly stated below.
Transfers (Subject to Terms & Deadline):
Requests to transfer your ticket to another individual must be submitted in writing to info@chocolatetravelagent.com no later than May 1, 2026. Approval of transfers is at the sole discretion of Event Management and may require updated attendee information.
Event Cancellation by Organizer:
In the unlikely event of a full cancellation Glorious Greece Experience by the Organizer (not due to Force Majeure - see below), ticket holders will be offered a full refund of the ticket price paid, minus any non-recoverable third-party processing fees. This is the sole remedy available.
Force Majeure:
The Organizer shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations hereunder if such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, government regulations, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, pandemic, public health emergency, curtailment of transportation facilities, or any other emergency making it illegal, impossible, inadvisable, or commercially impracticable to host the Event ("Force Majeure Event"). In the case of a Force Majeure Event causing full cancellation, **no refunds will be issued**. The Organizer may, at its sole discretion, offer credits towards a future event or partial refunds based on recoverable costs, but is under no obligation to do so.
