Each week, we will focus on one energy center, learning how it influences our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Together, we’ll explore common signs of imbalance and a variety of natural, accessible tools that can help restore harmony and flow.

This course is designed to be highly informative and interactive, encouraging reflection, discussion, and practical application. 

Topics covered each week include:

Foods and herbs that nourish each energy center
Colors, crystals, and minerals associated with balance
Essential oils and aromatics
Sound and vibration
Gentle yoga poses

Each session will conclude with a guided meditation to support integration and self-healing.

Energy Anatomy 101 is ideal for anyone interested in holistic wellness, energy awareness, or deepening their connection to their own body and intuition. Bring a journal.

Schedule: Eight consecutive Thursdays beginning January 22, 5:30-7pm

Format: In-person or online via Google Meet. Classes will be recorded. In-person is highly suggested as those will be able to drink the teas shared and use all the senses with items shared in class.
