On Weds.the 14th  of January we continue the 2nd cycle of our lab which consists of 11 classes, every Wednesday 11.00am-13.00pm till Aplril 1st at Present body studio. on March 25th there is no class due to national holiday.
For experienced movers/dancers. 
Cost 165€  without tax. 
The lab focuses on physical awareness, on technique as well as on self-expression through interrelations where contact, that is, being present through touch, is vital. As a dancer/mover one may deepen on his/hers relationship to the art of dance and discover inner pathways of movement that may feel meaningful and healing connecting with oneself and others. CI may be playful, meditative, performative as we navigate through various qualities of expression, dynamics, possibilities of being in space/time.
Christina Klissiouni has introduced CI/Conscious movement/Somatic practices in Greece since 1990-1. She was trained as a professional dancer in NYC with the pioneers since the 80's. She has  been continuously teaching dancers/amateurs since then in Greece and internationally at the most prominent CI festivals and many other venues. Throughout her 40year work, she developed and supported the CI community in Greece and abroad; she joyfully witnesses the following generations, previous students of hers, become passionate about CI practice and become teachers themselves. Christina is also a body psychotherapist, trauma and Gestalt therapist as well as Shiatsu practitioner. She combines her long experience as a contemporary dance teacher, explorer of body mechanics/performer, choreographer with her long investigation of the emotional/psychological imprints on one's body as a psychotherapist. Art and therapy were her two main domains of exploration where she discovered the significance of authentic creativity and its healing pawers in the human condition; she understands how clarity through our physical expression, self-compassion and self awareness can support ease, flow, connectivity and an expanded sense of lively energy in oneself as a whole.
