Champions of Care Gala

We are proud to introduce the inaugural Champions of Care Gala. The Champions of Care committee selected this name to recognize the relentless dedication of those who serve within the walls of Piedmont Athens Regional. Spotlighting the full spectrum of care – not just from doctors and nurses – but from all employees who ensure the hospital is performing at its best each day. This would not be possible without the support of our community members, volunteers, donors, and key partners like University of Georgia Athletics and the Athens Rock Lobsters.

With your support, we are accomplishing great things in our community to benefit our patients and their families. As a not-for-profit healthcare system, Piedmont Athens Regional relies on the generosity of donors, like you, to make many of our programs possible. Every patient who visits a Piedmont facility is impacted by the donors whose support makes it possible to buy new equipment, improve facilities and expand research and education programs.

Proceeds from this evening of dancing, food and fun will benefit patient programs at Piedmont Athens Regional.
