Candlelight Sound Bath

Join me Sunday February 22nd at 6:30pm

for a one hour candlelight sound bath; a meditative practice where participants relax in a room lit by candles while being immersed in the resonant sounds of instruments like crystal singing bowls and chimes.

The combination of soft candlelight and therapeutic sound vibrations is designed to promote deep relaxation, relieve stress, and create a sense of inner peace and renewal.

Participants are encouraged to bring mats, pillows, and blankets to get comfortable while lying down.
