Beast Training! Free Outdoor Calisthenics Class

Here we are again, this time at 9:00 AM on Sunday, August 31st! Get ready for an intense workout designed to show you your own strength as we move and train at OSUN by the soccer field! Bring something to drink and a mat or blanket if you're sensitive to grass. There will also be fresh fruit available for free! RSVP as soon as you can so I know how much to get!
