Step into the depth and discipline of the Hot Yoga 26 & 2 system with this comprehensive 200-hour teacher training. Open to all levels with a minimum 6 months of consistent practice, this program is ideal for those wishing to teach or deepen their understanding of the method.

Format:
3 Weekend Intensives: April 24–26, May 15–17, July 10–12
(Fri 5-9pm, Sat & Sun 9am-7pm)
1 Week Immersion: July 20–26 (8am-6pm daily) 

Students study posture alignment, therapeutic benefits, sequencing, dialogue, anatomy, yoga philosophy and physiology—learning not only what to teach, but how and why the system works.

About Hot Yoga 26 & 2:
A fixed sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises practiced in a heated room (105°F, 40% humidity) designed to systematically strengthen, stretch, and balance the body while cultivating focus, resilience, and mental clarity.

Early Bird: $2,500 (before March 15th)
Regular: $2,900 (after March 15th)
