The purpose of the Caledonian Games Association is "to preserve and perpetuate Scottish social manners and customs" as sited in the 1899 Constitution of the Caledonian Society of Umatilla County; and to illuminate the city of Athena and its heritage. Our shared vision is to sponsor the Caledonian Games, a Scottish Heritage Festival with games; events, entertainment, music, food and dancing that are founded in the Scottish tradition.
THE ATHENA HIGHLAND GAMES WILL START AT 12:00pm ON SAT. JULY 12TH 2025. REGISTRATION TABLE WILL BE OPEN AT 10:30 AM;
ALL ATHLETES COMPETING WILL ATTEND MEETING AT 11:45 AM.
We will have camping, tent and trailer, along the upper field this year. The bathrooms and showers at the gradeschool are available.
We have the use of the lower practice field so to be safe are limiting the number of Athletes.
Parking will be along the side street and gravel parking lot directly north of games field.
We will have a BBQ after the games.
Registration Fee is $35
Registration site will be available shortly
Registration is limited to 48 Athletes.
First come first serviced.
By request, we will do Tee Shirts, Sleeveless, and Women’s racer-backs,
but only if Registering before June 30, 2025.
Will award All-Round , second and third place awards for each class.
