Dear all,

Your County Museum is soon approaching its 30th anniversary, officially opened in June 1996 by the then President Mary Robinson.

We have a busy schedule planned for the year which we will shortly announce, but in the meantime, we would love if you could attend a coffee morning in the museum on Saturday 7th March from 11am to 1pm. We would love to reminisce and hear memories you may have from the museum over a cup of tea/coffee and some treats. If you have any memorabilia, photos or stories to share please do attend and share them with us. RSVP by Wednesday March 4th 2026.

If you cannot make it to the event please contact Ciara Sweeney at info@cavanmuseum.ie to submit any memorabilia or stories you might like to share.
