THE GROUNDED EMPATH

From Overwhelm to Empowerment

✨ One-Day Workshop – 1st November ✨
🌹 Rosehill Holistic Training Centre

Do you feel everything deeply?

Do you sometimes walk into a room and immediately sense the atmosphere?

Do other people’s emotions affect you?

Do you find yourself giving and giving until you have very little left for yourself?

Maybe you struggle to say NO, feel guilty for putting yourself first, or simply become exhausted from always being the one who cares for everyone else.

🌿 Then this day is for you.

I am so excited to launch a brand-new workshop here at Rosehill:

💚 THE GROUNDED EMPATH – From Overwhelm to Empowerment

This is NOT a practitioner course.

There is no pressure to become a healer, therapist or practitioner.

This day is about YOU. 💗

I have created this workshop to bring together many of the tools, techniques and knowledge I have gathered throughout my years of training and working within the holistic field.

During our day together we will explore:

🌳 Understanding your sensitivity
🌿 Grounding & staying centred
💗 Recognising what belongs to you — and what doesn’t
🛡️ Healthy energetic and emotional boundaries
✨ Energy shielding & protection techniques
🌹 Learning to say no without guilt
💫 Releasing & letting go
🧘 Guided grounding and protection meditations
💎 Crystals for grounding & protection
🌿 Essential oils for grounding
💗 Recognising depletion and creating healthier self-care habits
✨ Creating your own daily energy-hygiene practice

And much more…

🎁 YOUR GROUNDED EMPATH TAKE-HOME PACKAGE

Everyone attending will also receive a beautiful take-home package valued at approximately €50, including grounding tools that we will work with during the day, so your practice doesn’t end when you leave Rosehill.

📖 Student workbook included
📜 Certificate of Attendance
🎁 Grounded Empath take-home package
☕ A beautiful, nurturing day in a small supportive group

🌿 Investment: €175
