9.30am - 11am Benny's workshop
Loughcrew Summer Solstice Gathering with Aoife
 - A conscious connected breathwork journey rooted in the energy of the summer solstice

1pm - Benny's workshop
A talk with Lar Dooley. This will be a relaxed, informal afternoon of chatting and sharing stories, open door policy so people can drop in throughout the afternoon

7.30pm - Outdoors weather permitting
Shamanic Drumming Circle with Derval - we would hope to have this outdoors as we have done in previous years, however if the weather is against us the drumming circle will be held indoors in Bennys Workshop

After the drumming we would encourage as many of you as possible to make your way up to the Loughcrew cairns for the summer solstice sunset and maybe some more drumming & singing!
