Step into the Celtic New Year with me on Saturday, November 1st for a soulful day retreat honouring Samhain — a time of reflection, release, and renewal. This intimate day will include angelic healing meditations, hands-on healing, angel card guidance, breathwork, journaling, and a sacred fire ritual to align you with the energy of new beginnings.
A nourishing light lunch and refreshments are included.
During this Day Retreat you will experience:
-A guided healing meditation with the Archangels to bring in support you need support for over the winter months.
-Honouring the Ancestors and Healing the Lineage - A safe and gentle invocation of the ancestors connected to you at this time - acknowledging the positive energy/traits you have inherited and letting go of what is not yours and does not serve you.
-Hands on Angel Healing
-Journaling to move into winter with intention
-A fire ritual to release old energies
-Angel Card Reading - Guidance for the Winter Months
-A light lunch
-Gentle Breath Work and Embodiment session to reset the nervous system
-Grounding walk around the grounds of Hotwell House (weather permitting)
-Closing/Sharing circle to finish
