You’re invited to experience that healing for yourself. Whether you're navigating the complexity of parenthood, intergenerational trauma, or simply seeking space to reset—this is your time.

As parents, raised by people doing the best they could with the tools they could, we have to deal with not only our childhood, while raising our children, but often with parents (grandparents) who are also helping to raise our children. 

Generational trauma comes in all forms. It didn't start with us. It didn't start with our parents.

Imagine though for a moment though that it can be healed with us. What a gift to our children that would be. 

So let's get started. 

Come with a book, a journal, your yoga mat, or just your breath. Let go of urgency, and open yourself to what emerges when you slow down.

We’ll provide a peaceful natural setting, gentle guidance, warm tea, and a quiet space to just be. All donations go toward the creation of the Orange Barn Empowerment Centre—helping build a safe haven for others to begin their healing too.

Donations accepted for tea, coffee, water and to help build the Empowerment Centre so more people have a safe space to gather.
