Join us in the bar for pre-dinner cocktails at 6.30pm before moving to Signal Restaurant for dinner at 7pm. Enjoy 7 courses of delicious Boyne Valley and Irish seasonal produce, with dishes curated by our head chef Gordon Mooney and his team. Enjoy wine pairing with wines from our extensive list and beyond, expertly selected by our in-house sommelier. Then sing in the new year with a glass of Champagne and Matthew playing all your favourite tunes on the piano. Dress, black tie or glam as you can!
