Join us for Yoga: The Inward Journey, a 3-part immersion into the first three Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and the great myth of the Churning of the Ocean, where philosophy, myth, embodied practice, and mentorship come together to reveal the deeper meaning of yoga.

Together we’ll explore:

? What unfolds when we practice
? Myth as metaphor for the inward journey

Each 3-hour session blends:

✨ Classical Guided Asana & Pranayama
✨ Meditation Rooted in the Ancient Yogic Tradition
✨ Journaling, Circle Sharing & Mentorship

This is not a typical yoga modern class. It is an initiation into the depth of yoga as a living path.
