Classes are slow-paced and accessible for all levels, with an emphasis on long, supported holds, stillness, and deep breathing. The Atchison Art Association will provide all yoga materials. Classes meet Thursdays at 9:00 AM at 704 North 4th Street. Cost is $12 for AAA members and $15 for non-members.
