New Restorative Flow with Valerie

In addition to our Monday slow-flow sessions, we’re excited to introduce restorative yoga on Thursdays with Valerie Peterson. This deeply relaxing style of yoga is designed to support healing and relieve stress, encouraging physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Classes are slow-paced and accessible for all levels, with an emphasis on long, supported holds, stillness, and deep breathing. The Atchison Art Association will provide all yoga materials. Classes meet Thursdays at 9:00 AM at 704 North 4th Street. Cost is $12 for AAA members and $15 for non-members.
