Teens Indoor Volleyball Classes at Astoria starting the week of September 22nd. Ages 11 years old and above. Tuesdays at 6:15pm and Sundays at 2:30pm.

The teens volleyball program is focused on beginners. It teaches basic techniques to gain better ball control and understanding of the game. More advanced levels train at Long Island City.

Volleyball Classes NYC also offer kids and adult classes at Astoria. For teenagers at more advanced level programs happen at Long Island City.
