- **Event Description**: Join us on the second Wednesday of each month for a guided Qigong meditation and yoga, followed by a sound bath Savasana. The class is free and taught by Benedetto, a certified instructor in Supreme Science Qigong.  

Qigong [chee-gong] is an ancient traditional Chinese medicine practice of meditation through gentle, repetitive movements paired with breath-work. Qigong can be practiced standing, sitting or a combination of both. The goal is to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, which supports stress reduction and relaxation. This practice can also help manage chronic pain, increase vitality, improve mood, and support physical strength and wellbeing.

What to expect:
• Zen music 
• Intention setting/connecting with Qi
• Grounding breath-work
• Warm up stretches
• Moving meditation: Qi ball, waves and other Shibashi style movements, and Supreme Science movements
• Sound bath Savasana/resting integration
