Join us for a four-week art therapy series centered around discovering and honoring the micro moments of joy, connection, gratitude, and resilience that often go unnoticed in our daily lives. Through guided reflection, journaling prompts, conversation, and process-based art making, participants will explore how these small moments can become powerful tools for healing and growth.

Throughout the series, you'll engage in a unique artistic process of creating, deconstructing, and rebuilding. Pieces of artwork will be layered, altered, torn apart, reassembled, and transformed—mirroring the way we often navigate life's experiences.
