Join us for Yoga, Zumba, Strength Training, Self-Defense, and Pickleball in a fun and welcoming environment.

All classes are free and open to the public. Participants are asked to bring their own equipment.

Location: Hathaway Park, 28 Water Street, Assonet

Time: 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM (Pickleball: 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM)

Rain Location (for most classes): Freetown Council on Aging Fitness Room, 227 Chace Road, East Freetown. (Pickleball will use scheduled rain dates instead).

Strength Training (Mondays) – With Maria Machado
Pickleball (Tuesdays, 5:00–6:30 PM) (Rain Dates: May 19, June 2, June 16) – With Ray Jackson 
Zumba (Wednesdays) – With Maria Machado
Yoga (Thursdays) – With Maria Machado
Self-Defense (Fridays) – With Jesse MacPhail

All participants must complete the registration form and waiver in advance and select which classes they plan to attend.
