Jennifer Glanville Love, longtime brewer at Sam Adams and leader of the Brewing the American Dream initiative, will be speaking, signing books and providing Sam Adams for beer tasting. We will have some Hickory House BBQ for tasting.  There may even be some fun schwag.

Our American Dream Cookbook not only celebrates forty years of Jim Koch and the Boston Beer Company, which sparked the US craft beer movement, but also tells the story of Boston Beer's Brewing the American Dream, a novel philanthropic program that offers funding, mentor ship, and support to talented up-and-coming innovators who aspire to turn their dreams into reality.

In this cookbook, 80 passionate, determined entrepreneurs are showcased, all of whom defied convention to launch their dream food or beverage business. Together, they have filled these pages with over 100 recipes—from legendary lunches and enterprising mains to dynamic desserts and festive drinks—that are testimony to their daring, passion, and vision.

But this richly illustrated volume is more than just an exciting new cookbook. It's also an invitation to fill your dining table with inspiration, diversity, and the abundance of flavors that make up the tapestry of our community. Join us as we celebrate the spirit of innovation and the pursuit of the American dream one delicious dish at a time.

Jennifer Glanville Love is a Samuel Adams brewer and the director of partnerships at the Boston Beer Company. Since joining the Samuel Adams Boston Brewery in 2001, Jennifer has played an integral role in the research and development of experimental Samuel Adams brews and honed her craft at the renowned Doemens Brewing Academy in Germany. She is passionate about brewing traditional and lost beer styles as well as barrel aging unique and extreme beers, such as Samuel Adams Utopias and Kosmic Mother Funk.
