Join us for the unofficial kick-off to summer! For over four decades, the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen has been considered the most iconic gathering in the food and wine world. The 43rd annual event brings together leading voices from across the culinary industry for three magical days in the Rocky Mountains. The Grand Tasting Pavilion is the centerpiece of the weekend featuring 200+ curated offerings from acclaimed purveyors of food, wine and spirits. The event also features expert demonstrations and seminars with the world's most celebrated chefs, sommeliers and spirits experts including Bobby Flay, Andrew Zimmern, Maneet Chauhan, Tyler Florence, Brooke Williamson and many more.
