Winter on the Water is coming on Saturday, February 28th from 2-8pm in the Historic Ashtabula Harbor ✨

Hosted by the Lift Bridge Community Association (LBCA), join us for a special day of winter bliss starting at Carlisle’s Pavillion! Shake off the cabin fever and spend time enjoying all the beauty the Harbor has to offer!
