Each class will include a smidge of biology and pathophysiology on a particular body system, a food demo, and then a shared meal. It's a great way to learn a few new tricks, learn to prevent or even sometimes reverse chronic illness through diet, exercise, sleep and social engagement and have some fun with tasty food and great people!
