Calling all nature lovers. This Sunday, we are heading to one of the most beautiful spots in Lebanon. Akoura & Tannourine barren mountains overviewing an amazing view of the region where the sceneries are magical and unforgettable.

We will start our loop trail hike from Saydet el qarn at altitude of 2000 m enjoying the panoramic view of the artificial lakes and akoura agricultural land then we will enter inside the barren hills between Akoura & Tannourine passing through several spots like Tem el Kbour (تم القبور), Ain lebneh (عين اللبنة), Ain Hajal (عين الحجل), juniper valley, blayta (بلايطة), and then back to Saydet el qarn. We will pass by magical places, rarely being touched by humans where you can experience the warmth of the sun and the feeling of the earth under your feet, the sounds of nature, and the details of your surroundings. 
We can witness an amazing juniper forest on our way, in Tem el kbour and the juniper valley and both of them have the same altitudes without forgetting the streams, ponds, springs on our way. So, the view will be magical and mesmerizing.

- All the cancellations made Saturday will be requested the full cost of the tour. Thank you for understanding.

1- @ 7:45 am: jal dib near DHL and Banque Libano Francaise facing the Canadian embassy (we can pick our hikers that live on our way)

2- @ 7:30 am: near Al Amine Mosque downtown Beirut.

Max min Elevations: 2052 m - 1782 m

Hiking distance: 12 kms (level 5 moderate)

Total hiking duration: 5 hrs
Moving time: 4 hrs

Required materials: hiking boots, backpack, hat, 3L of water, windproof jacket, sunglasses, sunscreen, healthy snacks, hiking stick, torch.

Fees: 20 USD or equivalent to the LBP market rate (including transportation, guidance, giveaways, but does not include medical insurance)

Group of 6 and more will benefit from 1 free hiking invitation
