The river is home to several beautiful waterfalls, with the famous Serjbel Waterfall drawing visitors each year for its icy water and serene atmosphere. Trail Highlights: • Scenic Beauty: Serjbel offers breathtaking views of the river and its waterfalls, surrounded by lush flora and a variety of trees. • Historical Landmarks: The hike will pass through old watermills and wooden bridges, adding a historical charm to the journey. • Charming Villages: We will explore the picturesque villages of Chamaarine, Fkhaite, and Debiyeh along the way. • Shady Paths: Abundant trees and wild vegetation will provide plenty of shade throughout the hike. Hike Details: • Level 4: Follow the river, cross wooden bridges, and visit historical watermills. Enjoy the shaded paths and the beautiful surroundings before beginning the ascent to Mar Abda Church, then head to the Serjbel Waterfall. After this invigorating hike, we will enjoy a delicious homemade lunch together in a lovely local spot.
