Mindfulness 100-hr Teacher Training
Welcome to the first ever Mindfulness Teacher Training! This intensive training focuses on all the essentials of how to give mindfulness meditation to others. It will be divided into 5 weekends: 3 will be held as basic Workshops and 2 will be done as retreats in Jesuit Monastery in Taanayel.
We will focus on:
- The full Mindfulness Program
- The History of Mindfulness and its Ideology
- Different meditations given along with their purpose and goals
- The technical ways of each meditative practice
- Rephrasing and inquiry
This training is essential to all those who want to integrate mindfulness in their professional field, and who want to teach mindfulness practices to others.
It is opened for:
- Life Coaches
- Yoga Teachers
- Physical Therapists
- Social Workers
And anyone who has the following requirements:
- Good knowledge in Mindfulness Meditation
- A basic meditative practice
- Basic mental health background

(Early-Bird Registration includes Poetry Book for Meditations) The fees cover:
- Booklets and teachings
- Breakfasts/Lunches/Dinners and coffee/tea breaks
- Sleeping Arrangements at the retreats
- Transportation is NOT included
The certificate that will be given at the end is a certificate of completion of the 100-Hr Teacher Training in Mindfulness. This gives participants the ability to become mindfulness Teachers 1st level.
In order to continue professional development, supervision and a teacher retreat are required to fully complete the requirements of a full Mindfulness Teacher. Supervision hours needed are 50 hours. After these hours are done, a Mindfulness teacher retreat will be done that branches on a total of 5 days (location to be known later in the program, but possibility of retreat to be done outside Lebanon)

Overview of MYnd CARE for Mental Health:
MYnd CARE is a Mental Health network of doctors and trainers from all around the world that provides workshops and trainings in Mental Health and Evidence-Based Psychotherapy to the public and to professionals.
Our initiative covers various needs of the Lebanese population:
- Fighting the Stigma of Mental Health.
- Providing the public with evidence-based workshops for personal and professional
- Providing professional mental health trainings to future Mental Health Professionals.
- Provide Mental Health interventions, capacity building programs, staff-care
interventions, and Psychotherapy to various Centers, institutes, schools, and/or
- Promoting the importance of Mental Health, as well as the evolution of
Psychotherapy to its evidence-based scientifically proven grounds.
Biography of the Founder:
Joseph V. Zeidan is a Mental Health Specialist trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Integrative Psychotherapy, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy. His main objective is to integrate Mental Health into the Lebanese culture, especially since it is highly stigmatized.
Developing trainings for Mental Health Professionals, the purpose of his work is to build a generation of highly trained professionals with the best possible experience in this field.
Also, developing workshops for the public to improve their way of life and mental health. Workshops involving various programs that even integrate Physical Health and Mental Health.
His work and trainings revolve around the world, with mentors from the United States and the UK, and Europe.
