We are often so busy we feel there’s no time to stop and meditate! Meditation actually gives you time and here are some of its benefits:

About the challenge:
In this challenge Sandy will be guiding you systematically through the practices of Paranayama (breath expansion), relaxation and concentration.
You will learn ‘Ajapa Japa’, an ancient and traditional meditation technique that focuses on developing a constant and unbroken awareness of the breath and the mantra So Ham.
