What is yoga?
What is yoga? Yoga comes from the word “yoke” originated from the Sanskrit word jugit. Yoke means to bond, or to join together or to unite. Essentially, yoga is a technical tool to allow for a union between the finite and the infinite.
What is Kundalini yoga?
What is Kundalini yoga? In Kundalini yoga the emphasis is on the development of the neutral mind. The development of a neutral mind is important because it lets you encounter and enjoy the constant change that is life.

How to prepare for class:
- Come on an empty stomach; it is best not to eat 2 hours before class starts
- If you have, bring you own yoga mat, towel, blanket and meditation pillow
If this is your first time doing yoga, please come a bit earlier so I can explain you Breath of Fire.
Content of the class:
This class is focused on the navel center. The navel center is about personal power, commitment and liberating oneself from convention.
The class consists of a set of warm-ups, exercises including breathing techniques and a meditation.
The class will take around 1,5 hours including a final relaxation.
