Misalignments and tightness in our legs, hips and back can often cause back pain. This class will focus on asanas (standing, supine, seated, forward bends, twists and inversions) that lengthen tight muscles and create space in the pelvis and spine

Tamara was attracted to Yoga from childhood. She admired the beauty of the physical body when strong and aligned and the sense of grace it bestowed on it. She was interested in YOGA as a therapy and proceeded with her certification in Integrative Yoga Therapy™ and Structural Yoga Therapy™. The more she taught the more she realized that she wanted to know how yoga poses directly affect and heal all aspects of the body: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. She discovered that Iyengar Yoga resonates with her and therefore continued to obtain her introductory level I & II certification and plan to continue on this journey. She presently teaches at One With Nature Center in Amman, Jordan.
