Join us as we come together to remember, reflect, and honor the lives lost and the heroes who answered the call on September 11, 2001.
At 8:46 AM, the moment the first tower was struck, we will begin our Honor Walk in tribute. This annual walk is a time for our community to stand united — honoring the 2,977 innocent lives taken, the bravery of first responders, and the resilience of our nation.
This event is open to all community members — families, veterans, firefighters, law enforcement, EMS personnel, and citizens who simply wish to pay their respects. Participants are encouraged to wear PPE , department apparel or patriotic colors.
The morning will include:
• Opening remarks
• Reflection and Prayer led by Minister Robert Bolen
• A moment of silence at 8:46 AM
• Honor Walk
We are honored to welcome special guest bagpiper Rufus Campbell, who will be performing “Amazing Grace” along with additional selections in tribute to the fallen.
Twenty-five years later, we still say what must never be forgotten:
