Join Libby and Jess for a morning to honour the Spring Equinox. Surrounded by likeminded women as we explore movement, meditation, herbal crafts and ceremony. Expect a space to connect with nature and the wise women of our ancestry. Exploring essential oils, plants, herbs and natural healing. A collaborative experience where we all share ideas, thoughts and stories whilst learning and exploring together.
Spring Equinox or Ostara, is an ancient festival with roots in a sacred time of balance, renewal . When night and day stand equal, marking the midpoint between the winter solstice and the summer solstice.
As we welcome in the growing light and the easing out of winters stillness and darkness, we will gather to set intentions for Spring, honour the changing seasons, embrace the renewal of life, and celebrate the return of light to the land
All that is spoken in the circle, remains in the circle.

Libby is a holistic yoga facilitator and women's circle holder with a passion for cyclical and seasonal living, women's work and embodied movement. She has always been curious about nature and the body and how the two work in harmony, how we can use practices and rituals to dive deeper into this; how we respond to the change of seasons, the cycles of life and the elements as a whole.
Jess is a floral artist based in Bristol. She adores all things wild, wonderful, and green, and is endlessly inspired by nature and the beauty found in unexpected places. She designs soft, effortless florals for weddings, events, and stage settings, inspired by nature’s lush, untamed gardens. Her work is rooted in organic textures and flowing shapes, creating designs that feel dreamy, whimsical, and down-to-earth.

Spaces will be limited for this workshop.
