Relax and Release!

Join Emmy and company and immerse yourself in an evening devoted to release, rejuvenation and deep relaxation.Using breathwork and kundalini yoga we will first release blocks keeping us from our own vital energy, our natural flow of life that guides us to act with integrity, innocence and kindness. Then, we’ll deeply relax while listening tothe soothing mantra of evening Kirtan Sohila, followed by a restorative and healing sound bath with the Chiron Gong. All levels welcome.
