This weekend on Squam Lake brings us back in time, to a simpler place. An invitation to slow down and balance your energy, we have carefully crafted this intimate weekend away to allow you to refresh, rebalance and recharge. Through reiki and yoga practices as well as time in nature, we invite you to pause and allow yourself to step away from the demands of everyday life.

Your reiki infused weekend offered chakra centered reiki, yoga, sound healing, meditation and journaling prompts. Homecooked nourishing meals, time in the woods and on the water and the company of like minded souls sets you up for a retreat steeped in self care and renewal.

Includes:
-2 nights private or shared accomodations
-All meals with vegan, vegetarian and gf options
-Unlimited coffee and tea
-Daily Chakra based meditations
-Daily Chakra based yoga for all levels of experience
-Daily journal prompts
-Sound bath
-1 private reiki healing session
