Join us for a beautiful summer hike on June 7th at 9:00 AM!

We’ll meet at the Grouse Gap Pavilion/Shelter on Mt. Ashland, then head out together on the Pacific Crest Trail for one of our favorite wildflower (hopefully) hikes of the season.

This stretch of trail is known for its vibrant summer blooms, open meadows, and sweeping views. It’s a peaceful, scenic hike with gentle grades—perfect for slowing down, taking photos, and soaking in the beauty of Southern Oregon while on the PCT!

Hike Details:
• Distance: 3-4 miles  
• Elevation Gain: ~470 ft  
• Difficulty: Moderate  

This is a great hike for anyone looking to enjoy hiking as we age, connect with others, and experience the trail at a comfortable, enjoyable pace.

Parking Note: Mt Ashland lodge will be very busy because of the race. Just drive past the lodge on the road to the trailhead. 

Come ready to explore, connect, and enjoy the nature and hopefully wildflowers. 

Note: Hike55up is a trailhead organizer - not a trail leader. Meet at the trailhead and hike. Researching each hike ahead of time is each hikers responsibility.
