In Person - Jane Austen Tea and Reading *For Adults Only

This is the 250 anniversary of Jane Austen's birth and we have to celebrate! Join us for an afternoon of high tea in which we will be serving tea and goodies worthy of the high queen of Regency herself! We'll be playing all kinds of JA games, some passive, some a bit more active but they'll all be fun. We may even try to make silhouettes! If you love tea, crumpets, and Jane Austen, this one is for you.

Wear your fancy Austen Regency gear - we certainly will be! And, bring your fancy teacups (we'll have some, too, but it's always fun to see what you have at home).

All supplies will be provided by the Friends of the Ashland Library. Hopefully, you'll leave with a full stomach and a renewed love of all things Jane Austen!
