SOMATIC WORKSHOP::
Anda Nix is a somatic, intuitive life coach and practitioner who partners with highly sensitive and neurodivergent souls ready to redesign their lives from the body outward. Her trauma-informed work blends somatics, nervous system regulation, subtle energy practices, and collaboration with the unseen support around us to create grounded, protected, luminous spaces for transformation. She is currently birthing New Gates Sanctuary, a course for those who long to live in calm, presenced, and powerful ways—especially when neurotypical tools have never quite fit.
In this class, we'll weave Eden Energy Medicine and somatic practices into a grounded protection ritual designed for sensitive and neurodivergent bodies. Together, we'll tend your nervous system, clarify what's you and what isn't and strengthen the edges of your field so your energy isn't leaking all over the room before you even start to move.
This isn't about spiritual bypassing, armoring up, or checking out- it's about honoring your system by cultivating an energetic home base that can hold you while you drop deeper into your practice. By the end of our time together, you'll have a dynamic protection ritual that you can call on before ecstatic dance or any other altered-state space, supporting you to meet the dance as temple rather than as overload. You'll enter the space presenced, protected and powerful: rooted in your own light, clear in your boundaries and available for genuine transformation
