What is Biodanza? Biodanza is the Dance of Life!

Biodanza promotes deeper connection to life through beautiful music, movement, and the group connection. There are no set steps to learn and no dance experience needed, only a desire to reawaken one’s enchantment with life through Vivencia – the experience of life lived fully in each moment!  

Carefully crafted exercises of circles, games, archetypal gestures, and encounters with others are offered in a warm and welcoming environment.  

Date: November 11, 2025 from 7:15-9:15 and continuing weekly. You are welcome to attend one or more classes but we encourage you to come regularly to truly enjoy the Biodanza experience!

Location: 54 Front Street, Ashland, MA above the Ashland REIKI & Wellness Center (enter through the center door of the building).

Cost: Each class is $20.  No one is turned away for lack of funds.

Classes are facilitated by Laurie Thibault and Doug Costello:  Facilitator-trainees under the supervision of the 
Biodanza School SRT Montreal & Southwest Quebec.
