What is Biodanza? Biodanza is the Dance of Life!
Biodanza promotes deeper connection to life through beautiful music, movement, and the group connection. There are no set steps to learn and no dance experience needed, only a desire to reawaken one’s enchantment with life through Vivencia – the experience of life lived fully in each moment!
Carefully crafted exercises of circles, games, archetypal gestures, and encounters with others are offered in a warm and welcoming environment.
Date: Classes begin Tuesday, October 7, 2025, 7:15 to 9:15 PM and continue for 10 weeks. You are welcome to attend one or more classes but are encouraged to make the self-care commitment to attend all 10 classes, which build on each other as the series progresses.
Location: 54 Front Street, Ashland, MA above the Ashland REIKI & Wellness Center (enter through the center door of the building).
Cost: The first class is free. Subsequent classes are $20 per class. No one is turned away for lack of funds.
Classes are facilitated by Laurie Thibault and Doug Costello: Facilitator-trainees under the supervision of the
Biodanza School SRT Montreal & Southwest Quebec.
