Be Yourself to Free Yourself is an intimate and inspiring journey back to wholeness, voice, and truth. Through heartfelt stories, original poems, and lived wisdom, G. Brian Benson invites audiences to reconnect with who they are beneath expectations, fear, and self-doubt. This talk explores the courage it takes to release who we think we should be in order to embrace who we truly are. Attendees leave feeling seen, grounded, and more free to live and express their authentic selves.
