I'm delighted to be able to offer a Sourdough Demonstration at Tararua REAP, Dannevirke, Friday 27th March 12:30pm.

This demonstration will take you through the whole process from the beginning to end with all the bits in between, including:
? Why sourdough?
?Getting your starter going and starter care
?Making your dough including info about flours and gluten sensitivity
?Fermentation
?Dough turning
?Baking
?Storage of your bread and uses
?Recipe, sourdough schedule, and useful links resource to take home
