The Kent Cookery Course

Our signature course The Kent Cookery Course, celebrating the best of Kentish produce through the seasons. This course is perfect for beginners and improvers wanting to learn new skills and gain more confidence in the kitchen whilst learning some inspiring new dishes to recreate at home.

Start the day with a warm welcome from one of our hosts, a cup of tea or coffee followed by a short introduction from our tutor. The day will consist of demonstrations of different elements of the dishes you will be making, the course is hands-on and you will be cooking everything our tutor demonstrates. You get to sit down and enjoy your creations and anything you don't eat you can take home with you. The menu changes throughout the seasons but we would be happy to give you examples if you want to contact us before booking.
