If you want to level up your skills in the kicthen Stocks & Sauces is a great place to start. A great sauce can make or break a dish and by learning the fundamentals on this course you can leave feeling confident to practise at home. A fun day in the kitchen with no weighing up or washing up! Lunch is included and you wil get to take home all the sauces you have made on the course to enjoy with friends and family.
